Fnb and capitec money not being cleared on account

I have transferred an amount of R30 000.00 on the 23rd November from Capitec to FNB account and up until now the money hasn't reflected to the recipient's account number.

I am worried now as it is seemingly like I am the one who have done the payment and even if I check with my bank Capitec, they claim the money was cleared but the money is not flecting on the receipient.

The recipient have tried to make follow up with FNB but they are not helping. They keep wanting more and more information of which doesn't no make sense.
