Fnb and capitec

I phoned the ***** department last year, and they told me 20 working days to resolve. When I co tasted them they said caputec has not verified anything, it's now 3 to 4 months later and nothing has been resolved. Bad service to the point that I want to close my account...this is not acceptable..the people that took my money should have already been dealt with and money paid back into my account.
