FNB and Brooks Coalition Bad twins

I have been paying my FNB account for 7 months and ask for my balance statement to know avail. I don't know whom to contact to get information. It as if its talking to myself, and they cannot reply to my emails.

Brooks and Loot, does not respond and so as FNB
