FNB and Bongani Ndembe

I wish there was Zero star because even 1 star is too much to give. I have an on going case with FNB and the investigator haven placed a hold on my account does not reply to my emails. Bongani Ndembe from fnb placed a hold on my account and i have sent several emails that has not been rep****. First of all it is crazy that FNB refused a client from paying me claiming that my account was suspected of been *****ulent. The client informed me and i contacted fnb and they denied they didn't contact the client. That time i'm just running a transport company that offers escrow. I explained this to fnb and the consultant (Mathapelo) assured me fnb did not do that. The deal eventually broke down as the buyer couldn't trust the seller who recommended me as an escrow service. I did not only loose that business but the seller has vowed never to use my services again as she claims brings a negative image on her business due to what fnb told the buyer about my account. To add insult to injury FNB has blocked my account on the basis that someone almost paid me. the same transaction they jeopardized. all of this doesn't make any sense and i wish to know if there are ways of following this matter legally and are there lawyers who would take up cases like mine? i have been thinking of approaching EFF with this as i have all the email trails including my past correspondence with FNB where they denied they didn't tell the client anything ill about my business.
