FNB and barrett associates pathetic service
I had a personal loan with FNB due to the finance they handed my account to Barret Legal associates. I settled the account with this lawyers. When I try to apply for a finance, Fnb or Barrett duplicated the account on my name. When I check on ITC shows I paid up one account and the other one is pending. I took only one loan with Fnb. This morning I tried to get hold of someone to help me from both companies I was sent up and down untill my 250 airtime finishes. I sent few emails to *** and each time I call in they disconnects my calls. All I need is Fnb or Barrett associates to send me a letter that stipulate that it's their admin error on their side and close my account.

I need a letter in a pdf format not on email. The bank sent me back because that email can't be used as a proof enough.
I have to be at the bank by 9. I am hoping I will be assisted by then.
Why must hellopeter be the resolution for Fnb to take their customers seriously?

06 Nov 2020, 10:20Clearly Fnb is not going to treat my matter with sense of urgency. I am at the bank and still waiting for a simple letter to proof your error on my name. I am calling again no one is attending my matter. Kindly cancel all business I have with Fnb and send the confirmation letter.
