FNB and ABSA I need my money

On the 5th of November I made a payment of R1000 to ABSA account from my FNB account and the person who was meant receive the money didn't receive it till today. On the lady's Absa bank statements the money is not showing and FNB claims that the money was released to ABSA. The account number was correct. Now I am not sure who is correct or wrong. Please I need my money. FNB wants to chrge me R300.00 bank charge for tracing the money that got lost between 2 banks.
