FNB and ABSA ********** department

On the 12th April thursday I phoned ABSA to report a ***** situation on the same day the money left my account. In fact only a few hours had passed. I was told by the gentleman on the phone by ABSA *****line that they had contacted FNB and had found the money on the FNB side and they had frozen the money and that I was reassured everything was going to be alright as I was distraught as that was all my money I have. He said an email will be sent to me the next day requiring case number, affidavit and bank statement. I recieved it and as it was a weekend and got everything that was required and emailed the information back, I even gave them the ***** account. I emailed again asking for feedback and nothing. I later found out, the Monday after the weekend, that my money was unfrozen and released to this ********** guys account with no permission and while the ***** case is still ongoing. I then phoned the *****line immediately to get advice as what to do next and why the money was released after it was said to be frozen. All calls are recorded. The lady was very uninterested and just refused to try help me with any contact details of who could help me. I tried again two more times and was given a total of 10 numbers to try contact the ***** department, all numbers just ring or are engaged and I have not stopped trying and it's been over two weeks, heading for 3 with no communication from the ***** department at all, email or telephone. This is shocking. The money should never have been released after it had been found and the service for ***** in general is horrible. ABSA and FNB need to reimburse me my money back immediately as they should never have released the money after it had been frozen and reported as *****. I have spoken to my lawyer and she agrees, that should never have happened. Disgusting ABSA and FNB
