Fnb and absa are a ****

On the 29th of July 2025 , I deposited money (120k) from fnb to an absa service provider for renovations, around 15h00,(Bergville ****a). I had been communicating with them and after weighing options, they were the cheapest. The very evening, they sent a message stating that I should reverse the payment as the account had reached the limit. I then contacted fnb customer care line to reverse the payment as it was not immediate transfer. They informed me about dispute forms which I was sent. The following day, 30th July, I contacted the service provider, who insisted that they did not get the money. I called fnb customer care again, they sent me reversal forms, which I was supposed to pay R325.00 for them to assist me. After 5 days , I received an email stating that the service provider's account had "insufficient funds" and because of POPIA, they could not give me more information. As I didn't make an immediate payment, how did my money leave fnb in less than 24hrs? I am now in arrears with my accounts and paid for the service that I was not provided for. If the service provider did not get the money, why has the money not bounced back. Fnb and Absa, have failed me dismally.
