FNB ***** and *******.

FNB *****! They have been charging me Outstanding balance assurance plan every month for over 30 years in case I got retrenched. When I did get retrenched last year they claimed I don't have cover and still keep charging me for it! No response from their emails or call center in nearly a year. Now I'm waiting for IRS and authorities to investigate. This is not right especially after 30 years of loyalty and payments.
