FNB an absolute let down

The Absolutely useless revolving loan department keeps accusing me of non payment when payments is made every month. Today i receive an email stating that FNB will report me as a default payer to the credit bureau with NO proof that my account is in arrears. This is absolutely terrible for a Bank to behave in this way. SO GO AHEAD FNB WITH YOUR ********** BEHAVIOR. I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT FOR DEFORMATION
