FNB amount frozen
My account was blocked 2 days ago, for no reason. I have been trying to contact a consultant for 2 days, being on hold for over an hour with no answer. Unreliable and shocking service.

07 Oct 2019, 07:51After one week of not being to able to access my funds it is safe to say that FNB is utterly useless. Their customer services are absolutely shocking. After finally getting through to them, after an hour of being on hold - mind you - the person I spoke to still had the audacity to tell me "to hurry up". Can't believe it. What if I was in an emergency with no cash on hand!!??? And I have emailed them the documents they asked for in order to unfreeze my account, it has been 4 days since then and still nothing has been done!
