FNB always want a little bit more

I had an account with FNB until the year 2018, the only account I was owing was there temporary loan at which was settled 2019. I am very surprised because I received calls from agencies saying my cheque account is owing and I must make arrangements. This happened after 5 years I closed the account at the FNB The Grove Nelspruit. I tried to rise the matter on the platform and no one is entertaining my story ***. I am not indebted with FNB and I can not pay an account that I closed.
