FNB always there to bully you when you are helpless.
FNB ***** department saw a need to pledge funds from my business account without consulting me. I have been on the phone for 2 days now trying to find out how that is and how I will get my money as I have no clue why they did this. The number i was given *** there is no answer. I have spoken to 2 consultants so far who claim they cannot really answer me I feel so helpless. I cannot leave my house to go consult ( self isolation) I am not getting any help or answers over the phone and online platforms during such a desperate time.

10 Apr 2020, 10:35Tina from FNB called me 2 days later, not to answer my questions but to further add to my confusion and to demand i go through my account for December and January to investigate where the funds they pledged came from and once i know i should call her back . I refused to call back because i had spent hours alreadyiin the phone trying to get hold of fnb to begin with so i asked for an email address. So i emailedbback my feedback i havent heard feom fnb yet.... Feels like i am being treated like i committed a crime which i am still unaware of.

My money still pledged and no answer from FNB, for all I know someone is running a business and earning interest with my funds, but who cares.
