FNB always disappointing

I app**** for a credit card limit increase, approved immediately and I had to upload my salary slip. Did all this, approved the debicheck mandate. Enquired on Tuesday how long it will take to reflect, was told 48 hrs Followed up again this morning, was told the document is unclear. According to the person, an email was sent yesterday *6 Dec to inform me of this. No email was received. Service is absolutely shocking
