FNB allows unauthorized debit orders and charges a service fee to dispute them

FNB is allowing unauthorized debit orders from my account. I recieved an incontact message at 2:00 this morning that 2 debit orders were deducted from my account.

1, Mag Zone Ym- ********** - R85 2. Safeguard Ym- ********** - R129

I have absolutely no idea what this is and after researching online, many people have fallen victim to these ********** debit orders.

How can my bank allow this? Please cancel and reverse this debit order. I've seen the option to "Dispute" this on my internet banking, but this comes with a charge. Why must I pay to cancel something I did not authorize?? This is all really shocking and worrying that anybody is allowed to just take money out of my account.
