FNB allows Telkom to steel your money
Last year 2017 I had a dispute with Telkom about my contract being cancelled. I ran 24 to 25 months and paid every month and then sent through a cancellation of the telkom contract but Telkom said I sent it to the wrong cancellation department because I sent the cancellation to fixed lines instead of mobile lines or some ridiculous story like that. Telkom then started taking extra money out my bank saying that the contract is not cancelled. I went to FNB and they assured me that telkom will not be able to steel my money anymore as they have blocked them. Two months after that in December telkom stole my money again and caused legitimate debit orders to bounce and costed me a few hundred rand to fix up my legitimate accounts. Now in April 2018 telkom is still trying to steel my money and FNB obviously doesn't care because they always allow telkom to take my money out of my bank against my direct instruction to block them. I will have to close my account with FNB even though this is the only problem I have with FNB, it's a big problem since it's money ****** from my account which I thought would be safe. In conclusion, FNB is not looking after my best interests and they are allowing anyone to take money out my account against my instruction.
