FNB allows Telkom Debit Order *****, be vigilant!!!

I have been an FNB client for many years and was very pleased with the great innovation service, up until now. Since January this year, Telkom has debited my account every month, without me having any bussiness dealings with them. I have reported this ********** debit order transactions to FNB numerous times, and they assured me they have stopped it. It seems like FNB is poweless against debit order ***** and anyone can just process an non-authorised debit order against an individual's account, no questions asked????? I have taken this up with Telkom as well, but the problem persists. Seems like the only solution is to close my account and move to a bank that actually protects their customers against debit order *****. FNB I am sooo dissaponted. Is there anyone else experiencing the same problem? Any solutions???
