FNB allows raids on accounts with no way of stopping them!

I received notification on Saturday of an amount of 699.00 that had been debited off my account on the 6th. I did not spend this money, and on closer inspection saw that it was not from my card number. I tried to call the ***** line but it was not operating, as were all the other FNB contact numbers. On Sunday 9th, I tried to make a payment but was notified that I had exceeded my limits. My limits were not exceeded. I then tried to contact FNB by in contact, but my phone number was not accepted by incontact so I could not submit the complaint. THIS IS HUGELY SCARY. People appear to be dipping into my account and I HAVE NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE BANK. I am in no way taking responsibility for any amounts **********ly deducted off my account as I have tried my best to contact a completely indifferent, careless institution.
