FNB allows *****, must be an inside job
Approximately R5000 was ****** out of my account with someone buying Roblox vouchers.
I informed FNB on the 22 that the transactions were *****ulent, yet they allowed it to go through!!
This is absolutely abysmal service! I've spoken to 6 different "advisors" at FNB with no result. This is absolutely appalling and I would advise everyone to stay away from this bank.
I don't even think their advisors are real. Ntokozo, Perry Rookshana and Bongiwe all brushed me off without any result. I am going to the ombudsman and will go to every social media platform out there.
No wonder South Africa has a junk status...

The transaction was placed on the 21st, yet the money only went out on the 23rd AFTER I TOLD YOU IT WAS *****ULENT!!!
This is not good enough. I'm posting your response on social media tomorrow as all I get from FNB is platitudes. There is no update on the app and it doesn't even look like anything has been done, or that any investigation has been started.
