FNB ALLOWS *****

I have been a victim of identity ***** at FNB. An account was opened in the name of Van den Heever Attorneys with a number in Knysna that does not exist. The contact person is a Margareth Booysen with my identity number and my cell phone number. The ***** came to my attention on Tuesday afternoon. I immediately contacted FNB. It has now been almost three days and FNB is giving me the run around. I contacted their USELESS Attorneys McRobert: they refused to even let me speak to the attorney attending to the case. I then called the ***** department the lady there told me that FNB Law REFUSED to give her the information and that I had to call FNB Law myself. I have called them FIVE times: I have or even spoken to a consultant yet. Meanwhile there’s an identity document out there being used with MY identity number **********LY and FNB is making it MY problem. Latest is that I need to go into a branch to go get the information. **** POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!
