FNB allows CCD Couriers to discriminate
About a month ago after registering a company through the very convenient FNB CIPC tool I received a call from CCD Couriers to advise that they have my FNB card ready for delivery. I was asked for a suitable time for delivery and, when I indicated the time, I was asked where I lived. When I responded Soweto I was told that 'for other areas we can make an arrangement for a specific time but for Soweto we deliver between 8 and 4'. From that day onwards more than 10 uninterested people from CCD Couriers called me and I constantly registered my unhappiness for the proposed arrangement. Why this **************, is it because Soweto is an area predominantly occupied by Black people and they do not deserve decent service from FNB and its vendors? If not, what is the reason?<br> Eventually the card was destroyed. Then a very competent sounding Lerato called me and assured me that she will address this issue and ensure that the card is reordered and delivered to me at a specific time. Now, the card has been ordered, I have already received 2 calls from CCD making the same inconvenient delievery arrangement. I have emailed Lerato twice in the last 7 days and she too has ignored my messages. <br> If
