FNB allows anyone into your account
I used my app to contact FNB in 24th of February to request a debit order reversal.i was advised that it cannot be done because it's card and pin.The company has a copy of my card and my pin and are debiting my account.i was advised by the regional manager that it can be reversed because the law has changed and companies have to use Debi check.I want these debit orders reversed.How can transactions go through when they cannot be reversed.My ID number is ***

03 Mar 2021, 15:54Its 7 days later and I have not received any call from FNB when you call the call centre the staff put the phone down or simply tell you someone else is suppossed to help and they going to put you through. Their service is absolutely pathetic.....honestly they are the worst bank....their motto should be how can we not help you...

Its 7 days later and I have not received any call from FNB when you call the call centre the staff put the phone down or simply tell you someone else is suppossed to help and they going to put you through. Their service is absolutely pathetic.....honestly they are the worst bank....their motto should be how can we not help you...
