FNB allowing Unauthorized Debit Orders

FNB has allowed a minimum of 4 unauthorized debit orders on my account in 2017. Fortunately the amounts are small and I was able to reverse them via their app.

The unaothorized debit orders keep coming back and are rustrating, and FNB keeps passing the buck, explaining that the debit orders are coming from third parties.

*Bottom-line* I am not an expert in Debit Order/payment systems but the bottom-line is: I entrust FNB with my money and they should look after it and accept responsibility when they (FNB) release funds without my authority.
