FNB ALLOWING ******* TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT EVEN THOUGH CARD IS BLOCKED

I lost my debit card (banking with them for a 2-3 months by then) and blocked the card on the FNB APP. I then noted that there are transactions still going off the account despite the card been blocked. I contacted call center and was informed the card is not blocked even thpugj i had blocked it immediatelyon the APP. I wanted to understand how the card worked without my pin and discovered that the tapping function was activated on the card without my permission and FNB CANT STOP CARD FROM PAYING TOLL FEES EVEN IF YOU BLOCK THE CARD. Was told an investigator will call me back in March 2023. To date no call from investigators and the ******* are enjoying using the card as the ****** toll fees gets debited from my account every 2 weeks or so.
