FNB - Allowing REARGENTUM *****

A "Company" called REARGENTUM is *****ulently deducting money from my FNB account in a so-called debit order. I have never heard of this company - who don't exist on the internet - other than in the same complaints on hellopeter. They are not registered on CIPC and have no contact details on the internet. FNB says I must contact "the service provider" to get them to stop taking my money. It's NOT a service provider. FNB has advised that I create a new banking account - after 35 years, this would put me through enormous inconvenience. There MUST be a way to stop REARGENTUM from getting into my bank account. It is CLEAR that this is a *****ulent "company". Why does FNB continue to allow these appalling people to do this? I'm waiting for FNB to come up with a "mandate" - which I'm sure is a piece of paper with some of my information on it. This is disgusting beyond belief. FNB - Please investigate this. Please stop allowing this dreadful "company" from taking FNB clients' money.
