FNB allowing debits when no overdraft available
My account just got phised and I have reported the debit in order for it to be reversed. That being said, there was not enough funds in my account to begin with yet FNB still allowed the money to be taken putting my account in a negative, and not a small amount!!
If I do not have an overdraft why is this being allowed???!!! I need answers! Or I'm reporting this to the ombudsman!
