fnb allowing debit orders during covid 19 that was not issued

Good day

I would like to know by FNB how they cannot reverse a Debit order from my account that went of twice with different amount , i did not authorize the second debit order now all my other account are going to bounce and they dont care about that nor that i cant buy food now they say its the covid policy at the bank now so my creditors can just deduct what ever amount they want and debit my account as many times as they want how is this ethical THIS IS MY MONEY ? I DID NOT AUTHORIZE TWO DEBIT ORDERS BUT ........!!!!!!!
