FNB allowing companies to debit even with stop orders

I cancelled my insurance with MiWay and they debited my account even though I had cancelled. I reversed the transaction and created a stop order however FNB allowed them to debit my account again on the 25th of October 2023. I reversed the debit order again and created another stop order. Today I get a notification from FNB that a debit order failed and I am being charged a R105 fee for a failed debit order, this was odd as all my debit orders have gone through. When I checked it was MiWay once’s again trying to debit my account and FNB allowing them even though I have TWO stop orders in place
