FNB allowing a ******* to withhold my Sars Refund.

FNB are allowing ******** to withhold funds without verifying with SARS if the instruction to withhold the funds is valid or authorised.

I received a refund from SARS on the 6th of September 2019. The next day the funds were no longer available. The funds are reserved by FNB because a ******* instructed them to put it on hold. I've been to SARS and on their system there's no recall or audit on the refund.

This is not new to FNB there's a list of clients who are facing the same issue. FNB please fix this.

Please investigate MC Caba from FNB and Solomon from SARS.

Release my funds asap or else I'm escalating the matter.
