good afternoon. im righting this to show south africa how FNB took me and wife for the ride . on this day of 07 /09/2021 we apply for the house on line and we where told to print the form on line and we did it all the necessary and we send them and the next day this guy called Andrew Graeme from Sharon ball property they ask us to make payment the next day some amount of R7900 as deposit and they give us account number of the name Nqobile emaculate ndrovu give us all details for the FNB account to put the deposit in. on the 10/09/2021 friday i deposited the money in in the afternoon around 17h20 we found out that it was **** so we call FNB and the guy of vuyo answered and we explain everything to him he told us to opened the case soon as we gate the case number we must call him and we did coz he told us that he can see the money that we deposited in and he can see where and time that de deposit took place so when we call back to the same hotline no body picked the call on monday i got message from the guy called Masuku Zwelibanzi told me that he is investigator form FNB told us that the funds was already be taken by ******** so i did not understand how they let those people take the money and we where already repot ***** so that is my story we wish we could get help and get our money back
