FNB Allowed ***** on my account twice even after I immediately reported it, and they haven't reverse the transactions yet.

FNB allowed ***** to happen on my account twice. A merchant debited R1300 from my account without me ever giving them permission to do so. I immediately reported it as *****, a month later they debited me again for R1300

I blocked my card and reported both these *****ulent transactions, FNB's ***** department keeps asking me for proof that I cancelled my subscription with this merchant. I keep telling them I NEVER HAD A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THEM.

The merchant who I never gave permission to debit my account and where I never signed up for a subscription has debited my twice and FNB hasn't reversed the transactions.
