FNB ALL OF THEIR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Well now I have had enough. I can't pay into my Discovery account from FNB and no one at FNB can tell me why. All processes have been tried and the branches can't help me, the app service can't help me and the customer service line can't help me. NOW I ask you after everyone has told me at fnb how they can't assist me because Fnb and discovery had a tiff and then got together again what the hell am I supposed to do? They threaten me because I am not paying my credit card account at all but fnb can't even find my credit card to pay into it? Who will be paying my interest? Will fnb be held liable for my balances that are in arrears because some *********** system and people can't do their jobs? Are you people going to be reimbursing me? This has been months of BS from fnb and I will stop paying my credit card with fnb if this Is not sorted out. I am so sick of you people. Your aftersales service is horrid and you are absolutely useless.
