FNB - Alberton

The Courier told the bank I was not available to deliver my bank card and returned it to the bank. I was fuming and saw it as ************** from the bank side and reported it. In no time I got a reference no. Not even 24 hours later a call from FNB - Alberton - Johan Vermeulen. Thank you Johan & Zelda you guys really went out of your way to deliver my card personally. I really appreciate that they didn't get cross with me as well.
