FNB aka Empty Promise

After logging a Hellopeter review about FNB for not living up to their promise, they gave a reference number *** and promised again that someone was going to contact me from the relevant department within 24 hours from 23 December 2019, but again there's still no response or communication from FNB. This bank has still not paid my money that they promised for moving all my banking needs to them, this is a clear reflection that FNB is not willing to live up to their promise and only wants people to use their services but don't care about customers as soon as they're banking with them.
