FNB Airport Lounge benefits suck.

Dear FNB,

Your airport lounge benefits are now so complex and confusing that it took 2.5 hours of my time and speaking to 6 different people from 3 different departments to get an answer on a simple question. Either make your benefits easy to interpret or train your staff better.

At the end of the day, your airport lounge benefits are pathetic and underwhelming compared to other banks operating in the same market space. Which is a pity as you don't know this before joining the bank and afterwards find yourself trapped with after opening an account.
