FNB aids in *****

FNB issued two business cards to our company, however, we only ordered and signed for one card. In the meantime, someone used a card linked to our account. I called the bank who confirmed there are two cards. I immediately removed the other card and opened a ***** case. The bank claimed that we misplaced the card and it was ****** from us, but I insisted on proof where we had signed or ordered this second card. I also went to the local store and received video footage of the person using the card. A ***** case was opened, but because you have to hold for ours at a time, I didn't follow up as regularly as I should have. But now, 1 year and 8 months later I am informed that FNB has done NOTHING about the matter, and did not even investigate it, nor supp**** us with any feedback. So in other words, FNB issues a card linked to your account to who ever, and refuses to do anything about it. I need my money back and feedback on this matter as well as to why nothing has been done about it when it should have been done. So much for your clients are important to you. To me it feels like either FNB stole from us, or assisted someone to do it, that's why they have done nothing about it.
