FNB Aiding and Abetting?

I bought goods online from a retailer using my FNB credit card. The agreement was that the goods would be ready for collection within 24 hours. However, the retailer not only failed in this; two days after the purchase, they unilaterally cancelled part of the order. I then instructed the retailer, in terms of consumer lae, ti cancel the balance. I did so repeatedly telephonically and in writing within three days of paying for something they failed to do from day one. I thus raised a dispute with FNB. Suddenly, yesterday, the retailer sent me a message to say I collected the goods yesterday. Did I magically take about ten clients that I was busy with out of a meeting with me to collect products when the retailer says I collected the goods I did not want? I let FNB Card know. Their response? It is okay because the retailer refunded R178,30. What happened to the balance? Is FNB facilitating or condoning violating consumer law or worse? I suggest you find the FNB staff member involved and explain legislation to them.

Precious Dladla wrote to me to tell me to return the goods to the retailer. I want to speak to her manager because she did not read what I had sent FNB. I never collected any goods from the retailer.
