FNB AGENTS NEED SYSTEM UPDATES

Fnb its been 22 Days since you have taking my R409 for a sim cards which I never used or activate when I received it I put it into the bin because I have already picked up the sim from the phoenix plaza branch why couldn't the agent cancel the delivery and the applicate which i told him I did online.

When Ram brought the package I need see what was inside the packaging once i opened it I seen its a Fnb sim so i put it into the bin .

All of this was already reported to you'll but still why I'm not not been refunded your keep calling I'm keep explaining Please can i get my R409 back into my account I never ACTIVATE THE SIM I NEVER PUT IT INTO MY PHONE
