FNB agents are rude and unhelpful

What poor service from the lady that i spoke to, she spoke over me and was not interested in assisting, she told me "no no no no, you were supposed to do a call last week, why didn't you do that?" I was the agent suggesting solutions, she then says she can't hear me and transferred the call quickly without a goodbye so i couldn't get a reference number...

can't wait to join Discovery Bank , FNB stinks
