Fnb Agent Theft

Worse service ever.I app**** for credit limit increase on the app, I called in to see why it wasn’t increased and if any documents are missing. The agent *******ly upgraded me to a premier card. Right now I have 2 credit cards open and not much assistance from fnb in rectifying my issue.
