FNB against call for president to fight covid-19

Only FNB bank is against the fight of covid-19 by blocking the supply of essential goods to our country (3 ply surgical face masks) as SME we order 3 ply surgical face masks from China on the 1st of April 2020 but surprisingly it's a month now FNB bank is seating on the transition giving disputed documents as proof of payment. The order has since been cancelled and black listed from supplier database, the capital money we used is now due and doubling interest yet the stock is still seating in China when our nation RSA is crying due to shortage of PP. Efforts to get closer from the bank FNB is fruitless and endless chain of useless employees untrained/unprofessional staff
