FNB again failing on simple tasks and broken promises

19 Dec 2022, 13:14 I wrote a review on FNB as follows: FNB IS USELESS I accidentally paid the wrong amount of money into my FNB home loan, and I have been trying to contact them now for 2 weeks no one can help me and the number they keep telling me to call never gets answered, FNB the absolute worst bunch of ****** ever, no one can help you. I'm over it. But let's see how quickly someone will call me when I don't pay them.

A day later I received a phone call saying they would sort this out ASAP (which I was happy about). FNB then promised to pay the money back end of DEC, It's now almost the end of January and as usual, FNB says ALOT and does very little. I'm so tired of this BS. PLEASE can someone from FNB get hold of me? I tried to call your HOME LOAN Contact number but I sit listening to music for 21min and then the call gets cut.
