FNB - AGAIN!!!

AND I AM AT IT AGAIN. I have been back and forth with FNB for 3 weeks wrt opening accounts for my kids. FINALLY, the cards arrived today, and not only 6 BUT 8 CARDS, I also received notifications this morning stating that my kids accounts has been overdrawn and i need to deposit monies into the accounts. Only to find out that i was charged R125 per card for delivery. This is insane - my card was delivered last week - free of charge, the consultants i spoke to also confirmed that there will be no charge for the delivery of the cards and the courier company also confirmed that there is no charge on their side. What must one do to actually get things sorted. Its more of a headache than anything else.
