fnb again

my bank fails to communicate with me. I app**** for a loan and the consultant said the funds will be available in 24to 48 hours but i never received anything i called and called no straight answer but the the debit mandate is on already. even if they canceled the loan they must still inform me. i am loosing my trust with fnb noww
