FNB again dissapoints

I tried pulling a statement of the last 2 months vir internet banking. but can't Phone FNB....and after a LOOONG wait the guy told me that because of a setting on my account I will only get quarterly statements....*** Really ? this is really bad...I would like to keep my default configuration on my account. But now I can not apply for a loan because my latest statement only goes til 3 Jan and FNB can not give me a statement from 3 Jan up til today!!l I also tried applying with and interim statement and "Account approval letter" but the financier said the other banks will not accpet it
