FNB again

FNB please review how you do business,I was happily minding my own business trying to do an ewallet when a pop up message to do a pay to cell comes up,less charges it says,if you going to be so suggestive in a client changing their mind in options to pay maybe you should also state that any error on the clients part in paying incorrect person will be met will forms that need to be filled out and signed,when the transaction was done via cell phone banking,maybe ask yourself why would the client choose such a supposedly no mess no fuss option if they were required to fill out forms,you making banking as usual as wonderful as having your nails pulled out..thank you for being not so service orientated
