FNB again asking for FICA and puts account on hold.

Once again my account has been out on hold due to FICA documents. I have FICA'ed my account 3 times in 12 months.

Why do you keep as asking me to send documents. Look into your records my FICA documents.

I am tired of FNB stopping me from using my account. If my account is not working by noon. I will move banks.
