FNB AGAIN

Why is it that I am getting charged R105 for a debit order that was blocked? I stopped the debit order with the company because I make payments to them yet everytime they still try to debit I'm the one sitting with the problem despite the fact that it was blocked. Other months when that happen it came up as a rebate fee but this month my account is sitting on a minus because of this.
