FNB AGAIN !!!

Transaction failed 7 times on fnb. I was charged all 7 times. Transactions Don't appear under purchase history. 3 agents weren't able to answer my question. It appears we as account holders have to manually reconcile our accounts because fnb can't, which makes one wonder what exactly are they charging banking fees for💁♀️also how do you reconcile when there's no history reflecting 🙆♀️
