Fnb after relocating!

My first visit to the "new upgraded" Fnb Pongola.

At the entrance, I received a ticket to see a teller., estimated waiting time of 56 minutes. The bank has two teller cubicles, and it seems as though they have only one cashier. They upper management seems to have reduced the number of staff at the branch. The commercial teller has been done away with. It seems though the bank wants to discourage businesses from using their bank. The place is very much smaller than the previous place, which makes social distancing, when seated, a problem. While waiting for my number to be called, I noticed that many people left the bank in frustration. I sincerely hope that these are only teething problems after the move and that this does not become the norm.
